In a surprise move this past weekend Nate Young has followed the lead
of Aaron Dilloway and exited the popular noise punk band Wolf Eyes. He
recently started work as a AAA tow truck driver and realized that he is
more satisfied helping motorists in need than playing in front of a
testerone fueled audience. He is quoted as saying "I'm a working man at heart.
All I really did was press play anyways."
Mr. Young plans on continuing with his new label and possibly keeping
up with his side projects like Demons that are less demanding. He
announced his departure shortly before the release of the new Wolf Eyes album
Human Animal on SubPop, and the band plans on keeping their fall tour dates
without him. In a move that may be a surprise to some (but not
insiders) Trevor Tremaine of The Hair Police is slated to take his place.
