Rat Bastard to Sing National Anthem at Some Game Tonight

According to DigUnderRock blog, Rat Bastard will be "performing" the National Anthem at Sun Life Stadium in Miami tonight. Here's the report straight from DigUnderRock:

"A South Florida local music legend, but also known world-wide as noise legend Frank “Rat Bastard” Falestra will perform the National Anthem at the Florida Marlins home opener against the New York Mets tonight at Sun Life Stadium in Miami. If you don’t have tickets, you’re out of luck, because the game is completely sold out.

Falestra has performed all over the globe in several bands including Scraping Teeth, Laundry Room Squelchers, To Live and Shave in L.A. He plays a number of different instruments… all in odd tuning and has produced hundreds of local artists in South Florida, including an early version of Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids. “Hearing Damage: The Rat Opera” debuted in 2009, written by Rob Elba and Brian Franklin. No word yet on what instrument the “Rat” will perform tonight, but chances are it was hand-made in his Miami Beach studio/apartment."
